1. Booths are "Green" ("Available") unless and until a minimum 25% deposit is made. TPL reserves the right to booth placement and selective reservation of "Green" booth spaces in order to maximize the TPL venue appearance and offerings. All vendors must (A) accurately disclose their booth inventory information, (B) provide evidence of insurance, and (C) provide payment in order to reserve a booth space.

2. Vendors reserving WITHIN the 45-day period must pay IN FULL and provide EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE to reserve a particular booth.

3. Any vendor who has made a Tentative Reservation (with a minimum 25% deposit), but who does not pay IN FULL and provide EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE by 45 days prior to the fair date will lose its booth reservation. Any previously paid deposit may be applied to another "Green" ("Available") booth (same fair, same dates), but no refund will be given, no exceptions. Deposits also are transferable to another qualified (substitute) vendor (same fair, same dates), provided that the TPL site manager (A) approves the substitute vendor and (B) the substitute vendor provides payment IN FULL and EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE prior to booth set up. The TPL site manager will make reasonable efforts to accommodate substitute arrangements, but reserves all rights to make decisions in the best interest of the TPL venue appearance and offerings.

4. Booths are "Red" ("Reservation") with payment IN FULL and EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE. Reservations are guaranteed until 6PM, Friday, for the first day of the street fair. The booth and payment are forfeited as of 6PM, Friday, the first day of the street fair, without right to refund, unless express alternative arrangements are made with the TPL site manager (for instance, for late arrival or a substitute vendor). Qualified substitute vendors may take a "Reserved" booth space on behalf of the original vendor, provided that alternative arrangements are made with the TPL site manager no later than 6PM , Friday, the first day of the street fair. The TPL site manager will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative arrangements, but reserves all rights to make decisions in the best interest of the TPL venue appearance and offerings.
